Talent Show
David Lubar has finally shown up with his duology, Talents, consisting of Hidden Talents and True Talents (yeah, I know it’s my fault for not posting it). Be sure to check it out!

Tintin! Tintin!
Tintin and his Belgian writer, Hergé were added to our group of readers. If you have the books at home or at your local library, I would recommend you to pass over the reviews and then only read the books. My own tip, personally.

Shhh! It’s a Secret!
The Secret Series are in our circle. I recommend you to read these books, but don’t get lured by Bosch’s sugary temptations – do the opposite of whatever he writes, just to spite him. Read the books, then the reviews. That’s the sort of book it is.

The Great Gautama and its writer
I’ve added the Buddha, written by the Japanese manga-writer Osamu Tezuka. Be sure to check it out!

Collaborations of Authors
I’ve added collaborations of authors to introduce you to one of my favourite series – The 39 Clues. Collaborations of Authors are basically some authors that come together and write a book, or usually a series. In The 39 Clues, each book is written by a different author. I especially like the author of Book 2: The King’s Ransom – Gordon Korman. Check them out, and I recommend you to read at least one of the books in the series!

The First Comic
I’m introducing you to the greatest comic of all times – in my opinion, Peanuts by Charles Schulz. This comical (geddit, comical) series telling us about a normal neighborhood and the happenings there. I recommend you very much to read the review, then the book. Have fun reading!

New Series
I have added one more of Enid Blyton’s series, The Famous Five. The story’s about a gang of four kids and their faithful dog that solve mysteries and catch murderous crooks. I find this series similar to the Secret Seven, though the Famous Five are more of a family, and not an organised club. The first book in the Famous Five – Five on a Treasure Island has won Book of the Month for January 2013. Oh, I almost forgot.. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Yeah, have a great year and keep reading!

Hans Magnus Enzensberger and The Number Devil
Hello, readers! I apologise for not informing you of some more books for a long time! I have now added Hans Magnus Enzensberger and his mathematical book, The Number Devil to our troop. Please read the review and read the book, too. Have fun!

New book of Cornelia Funke
The Thief Lord, a bestseller of the German J.K Rowling, has a review. Please check on it and decide if you want to read it. If you do, I recommend you not to read it a second time because though it has a deep plot the second time you don’t find it quite so interesting… from my own experience.

Two Newbies
Two authors; one Italian and one American have joined our group – Italiano Elisabetta Dami and American Lloyd Chudley Alexander. With Bets I’ve added her famous Geronimo Stilton series, and for Alex I generously added a whole page for his wonderful book Time Cat, which received the Book of the Month award. Dami is anonymous author, at least for her Stilton books, and the author appears to be Geronimo Stilton himself. It fits the book because Geronimo narrates all the stories e.g. using I instead of he (for himself).
